Since we are just starting out in our business, supplies often arrive in our store at a slower pace than we would like, and not all items are immediately reflected in our catalogue. Therefore it is possible that a product you ara interested is in stock but has not yet been listed in the store catalogue. Please feel free to contact us in case of any query, and we will work out a solution.
To place an order in our online store, you need to register first. If you want to order an item, chose the quantity of the item and then click the "add" button. Each time you add an item to your cart you will see the contents of your order sub-totaled for you. If you click the "back" button you will be taken back to the catalogue, and you may continue chopping.While shopping you can keep track of the items in your shopping cart and view the cost of your order in the currency you have chosen. When you are done shopping, click the "view the shopping cart" button, and at this point you may review the contents of your cart. To remove an item from your cart, simply click on the red dot provided at the end of the respective line.
When you are ready to place an order for everithing in the shopping cart,click the "continue" button. Now you will need to select the delivery method.

Smartpost is a shipping that operates through SmartPOST parcel terminals that are located at 30 large shopping centers throughout Estonia. For more details, see www.eteenindus.smartpost.ee/kiosk .
After selecting a parcel terminal, enter its code under the "requests" button. When your order arrives in the parcel terminal you have selected, you will receive a SMS message with the appropriate code and after entering the door code you may collect the package.
ELS Courier Service - packages up to 5 kilos - 8.00 €
Under the "reguests" section please indicate a convenient time of delivery or specifi any other details that would make it easier for the courier to find yuor address. The ELS courier service covers oll of Estonia.
Residents and visitors of Pärnu may choose the option of "in store pick up". In this case, you will not be chargen for delivery. As soon as your order is ready, we will contact you by phone. Your order may by picked up at the following address: Rüütli 25 (entrance through the yard, second floor, room 14). We also run a beadscraft workshop there. If you pick up your order in person, there is also the option of paying for your order in cash.
Please double check all the details of your order and make sure you have provided your phone number we can reach you at.
After completing your order, click the "email the invoice" button. You will then be sent the invoice for your order to the email fccount you have indicated.
Your invoice will include information concerning the necessary bank requisites. When making a payment through the bank, please quote your order number.
After making the payment, your package will be delivered according to the service you in person at Rüütli 25, Pärnu (entrance through the yard, sekond floor).
Delivery outside Estonia
Internanional orders are sent as standard parcels using the service of Estonian Post Ltd. Shipping costs on the weight of the package as well as the zone of delivery as specified by Estonian Post Ltd.
1st zone - maximum weidht 800 grams - 6 €, from 800 g to 2 kg - 12 € Finland, Iceland, Lithuania, Latvia, Norway and Sweden
2nd zone - maximum weight 800 grams - 8.5 €, from 800 g to 2 kg - 16.2 € Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belorussia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, the Ukraine, Uzbekistan and the rest of EU countries.
3rd zone - maximum weight 800 grams -12,7 €, from 800 g to 2 kg - 25,1 € the rest of the world
